By using our services, playing on and participating in this server and events related to this server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Anything built on this server is property of the server

Breaking any rules will result in an IMMEDIATE and PERMANENT BAN. Ban evasion may result in an IP ban. Time played or donation status does not exempt you from the rules.

The TLDNR: Don’t cheat, Be nice, PvP/stealing ok, Griefing NOT ok (except in the 5k tpr range and 5k from the border).

The details: Not reading the rules is not an excuse to have broken them. We will ban you if you break break the rules.

General:
No hacking or mods or glitches

• Any mods or texture packs that give an unfair advantage are not allowed, this includes but is not limited to relog scripts, x-ray, fly/speed hacks.
• Item duplication or exploiting of any glitches is NOT allowed (including 0-tick farms).
• No breaking bedrock.
• Vanilla means of nether roof access are allowed so long as you do not break any bedrock.
• Optifine is allowed.

Respect the staff of the server
Please listen to the staff and stop if asked. Do not push the limits of the rules.

• Respect decisions admins make. If you feel though something is truely unfair, please reach out to Tesria to discuss it. Making a public argument or attacking the admin is not acceptable.
• Rules-laywering is not acceptable as not everything can be covered and not every situation is the same. Use the spirit of the law rather than the letter.

Player interaction:
Use common sense and be nice in chat

• While we tend to be more lenient with discussions in chat, please avoid creating tension with sensative/contraversial topics.
• Certain topics in general chat may be considered off limits such as suicide. If you are feeling suicidal please seek professional help.
• No spamming messages or excessive CAPS
• Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated (including names and skins).
• Do not harass or bully other players. If you can not get along, just ignore them.
• English is preferred in general chat as we can not moderate other languages. If you do not know the language or are helping someone who doesn’t, use /msg to talk to them.
• Small violations such as pursuing a heated conversation may result in a “cool-down” period with a temporary ban.
• Larger violations such as continuing the conversation after returning will result in a ban.

While PVP is allowed, do NOT repeatedly kill a player

• TP trapping is allowed, so be careful who you trust.
• If a player is at their bed, break their bed rather than killing them repeatedly.

Raiding/stealing limited items from chests is allowed
If you find someone’s base, you are allowed to look through their chests and take some things that you want.

• If the chests are for an auto-farm, you may take the contents as they will replenish.
• It is acceptable to take a few things you might want/need.
• Emptying someone’s entire base is not allowed, especially building supplies.
• Breaking someone’s build to take multiple items is not allowed.

Building/Breaking:
Major griefing is NOT allowed

• Anything within the 5k tprandom range is changeable/griefable.
• Anything within the 5k of the border is changeable/griefable.
• Destroying someone’s build via mobs, TnT, breaking structures or farms, killing animals/pets, etc is not allowed.
• Digging a tunnel through an area is not considered major griefing, and you can also dig/replace to explore.
• Avoid building near/next to other players bases.
• Avoid walling off or digging trenches around an area that adversely affects a player’s access or build.
• Any disruptive builds are subject to removal (such as hate symbols, lag machines, etc).
• Avoid excessive entities (this includes mobs, animals, minecarts, picture frames), if your entities are too high you may be asked to remove them.
